Surprises are part of any trip. This page sets out the cancellation rules for bookings made with Pipa Local Trips.
Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance
When a cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
No-show
Not showing up at the agreed time and meeting point is not eligible for a refund.
How to cancel
Cancellations are requested on the same WhatsApp used for the booking, +55 84 99170-7485, with the name on the booking and the tour date.
